Massage

There are many benefits to having a massage; not just to relax but to also stimulate circulation which will increase oxygenation of the skin. Muscle tension eased and  lymphatic system stimulated. I mainly use the Swedish technique but over the years I have added other movements that I have picked up from other massages I have received. You can't go wrong with a massage, it really is a wonderful treatment.
