Running late

I aim to run to appointment times but due to unforeseen circumstances this is not always possible and on occasions can not be avoided. Where possible I will try to inform you.

Should you have a special event Saturdays or Sundays, they can be pre booked in advance and paid upfront which is non refundable, unless in the case of serious illness and at the managers discretion.
