There is so much in the beauty industry since I started my career back in 1998.

My focus started around the traditional manicures, pedicures, waxing and spa experience at an affordable price and staying as close to natural quality products and treatments as possible.

When I research, I’m looking for natural and affordable alternatives for anti aging treatments.

I like to focus on a natural glowing look, enhancing what you have.

It’s so easy to neglect ourselves and even more so when you become a parent.

Spending money on yourself in the industry has been regarded as indulgent but in more recent years, looking after yourself has been proven to help with our mental and physical wellbeing. 

 

We look after the house and cars that we run and the little mouths we feed, or grandchildren we support and also elderly parents all whilst often running on empty. I have focused  to offer affordable treatments, for example a simple brow shape and tint where even 20mins on my heated couch can leave you feeling uplifted - one of my most popular treatments.

Nail enchantments or traditional mani and pedi are a great way to keep on top of healthy skin and nails.

 

My career has taken me from working in a health spa, owning my own salon to now working from home in my purpose designed Beauty Bubble room.

One of my personal niggles in the industry would be having a spa treatment but not really feeling the experience I would expect from such a high price. This is often down to the facilities offered rather than the quality of service and can feel like a conveyor belt. It is a bit pot luck on the therapist you will have and their level of experience particularly when having a massage.
